Casa San Sebastian
The second project undertaken by ISAM, Casa San Sebastián was rehabilitated to create boutique apartments and lofts in the historic centre of Cuenca. Comprising eight apartments and three trade premises, the project integrates the original construction with the new to create a harmonious space.
The original construction has been built of adobe and wood with traditional cement tiles in the patio and corridors. Contemporary in style, white predominates within the interior of the building and the modern construction uses a dry construction system made of laminated glass.
The project has been published in the NY Times, Revista Habitar and Construcción & Diseño.
