Casa Juan Jaramillo
Casa Juan Jaramillo offers owners the chance to live in the historic centre of Cuenca in modern apartments and lofts that maintain harmony with their surroundings and are designed with todays needs in mind.
With fabulous views of the Cathedral, several church towers and the rooftops of the historic centre of Cuenca from the communal roof terrace, Casa Juan Jaramillo is the third rehabilitation project undertaken by ISAM. It includes eight apartments and two commercial premises.
Designed by architect Carlos Espinoza from Surreal Estudio in Cuenca, it is an ambitious architectural construction that attempts a harmonious integration of old and new and makes ample use of natural light with patios, terraces, windows and perforations.
For the first time ISAM has incorporated the work of landscape architect Gina Lobato to generate an interior landscape in the patios and terraces.
